Job Description

1.    Responsible for Quality Talent Sourcing at Centre:

  •   Ensuring pre Talent Sourcing (mobilization) test for all candidates and only qualified candidates to be enrolled.
  •   Quality Talent Sourcing (mobilization) and Skill batches to be formed in line with Organizational / Vision India Standard Operating Process      for Talent Sourcing (mobilization).
  •   Planning and implementing Talent Sourcing (mobilization) strategies.
  •   Campus Visit for all local education centres i.e. Collage, Institutes for presentation and sourcing
  •   Ensure  100% placement of the quality batches for each trade
  •   100% Data validate and upload on Vision India portal.
  •   Placement linked orientation session in talent sourcing.
