Key Responsibilities:-
Collecting & maintaining candidate database and reporting.
Ability to drive the Talent Sourcing/ Recruitment/Mobilization process.
Promoting the project in communities, recruiting youth, participating in selection processes.
Coordinate with Educational institutes, Communities, Government offices, NGO’s, Gram Pradhan, Public representative to mobilize candidates as per the guidelines of the project.
Driving of appropriate awareness and publicity campaign in local electronic/print media, conduct road shows and organize Campus hiring’s.
Taking care of the on boarding/joining of the candidates.
Providing support in placement and post placement activities of the trainees.
Involved in campus hiring’s, mass hiring’s, Field recruitments etc. as per the requirement
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analysing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Qualification :-
Graduate/Under Graduate having 1 -2 years of Relevant experience
Skills Required:-
Basic Knowledge about computer i.e. MS office and Internet
Good Presentation Skills
Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive and energy level
Self-motivated; ability to organize, analyse and meet operational deadlines
