Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

  Tender evaluation- Complete Tendering Process like - Preparation of Pre-bid queries, compilation of tender document, Preparing BOM, Technical and Commercial proposals as per the requirement. Ensure that the tender documents are analyzed, evaluated and all specific requirements of tenders are met before submission.

 Hands on experience on the Costing of large projects, which includes Resource planning, Cash flow statements, costing Infrastructure, FMS etc. Further consulting with various departments like Legal, Taxation, and Finance for their observations on the tender document and projects forecast.

 Visiting customers/ Govt. utilities for various activities such as Pre-bid conference, Tender submissions/evaluation, Reverse auctions, price bid opening etc.  Responsible for preparing MOU & agreement and coordinate with Legal team for vetting.

 Take Care of Bidding Procedure , Register to the Company in Different Govt Websites/PSU/Bank/Defense for Upcoming Tender through team

 To study & review of Tender documents and ensuring that minimum qualifying criteria for the bidding of the projects are met & review of relevant discipline codes and standards specified in tenders.

 To coordinate with various departments for the submission of necessary supporting documents & certificates required for submitting Technical bid for the tender.

 To co-ordinate for proper resolution of queries with consultants / clients to confirm and collect any missing data including; technical points, amendments, and any requirements within the Tender.

 Gather Data of varous business reports from stake holders, Analytics and Publish.

Qualification :-

 Graduate/Post Graduate having 2.5 -3.5 years of Relevant experience

Skills Required :-

 Good Presentation Skills

 Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive and energy level

 Self-motivated; ability to organize, analyse and meet operational deadlines
