Job Description

BE (EE, ELTC, IT, Computer Science) with MBAo or / MTECH from reputed university, PMP preferred.
20 + years of experience in the domain of Pre-Sales, Sales or Contracts & Proposal, Internal experience preferred
Should have demonstrated Leadership Capability driving business in niche areas. Should have lead a team of at least 20 to 25 direct reportee’s over last 5 years.
Evidence of developing / motivating and challenging the members to deliver their best at work place
Ability to analyze figures for critical decision making - At least 5 years Hands on experience
Relevant knowledge on the Industry, market drivers and competition landscape
Relevant knowledge on Solution vetting, improvising, optimizing solution for smart cities, communication segment.
Knowledge on Network, wire line and Wireless communication.
Strategic orientation with visibility in growth areas over next 5 to 7 years.
Good understanding on value chain.
Skill on contracts management with understanding on Direct / Indirect Taxes, Legal aspects, financial parameters/ratio, cash flow and commercial terms.
Hands on experience on partnering / collaboration models viz, JV, Consortium, MOU etc.
Excellent product life cycle knowledge with technology trends, OEM behavior, End of Life, End of Sales management
Stake Holder management both Internal and External – major OEM strategic relationship
Leveraging synergy for the creating eco-system for sustainable growth and development.
