Job Description
  • Operations Experience of 15 + years with IT/Telecom industry, with a credible exposure to Smart Solution Operations, telecom OFC, Wireline & Wireless communications industry. Strong understanding of Smart City solutions and Eco system is a must
  • The job will require close co -ordination with the government agencies and consultants responsible for implementing smart city projects/ solutions
  • Align with delivery teams to facilitate services delivery to customers
  • Align with eco -system in the organization to ensure smooth business rhythm
  • Anchor and nurture relationships with OEMs and technology partners
  • building New Operation model on Processes for delivering Customer Performance, Process compliance, Cost effective and Creating additional revenue through Operation (Delivery and O&M) by building Customer loyalty, innovative and intelligence data analytics
  • Driving end to end projects implementation including feasibility surveys, preparation of plans, materials management, vendor management, ROW, liasioning, etc. to complete execution for delivery within scheduled timeline 
  • O&M of the built-up new network
  • Overall Project Management and Implementation to ensure deliveries based on outputs as per the set Ops targets
