Job Description

Job Position: Team Member- Hourly

Location: Phoenix United Mall- Alambagh, Fun Republic Mall- Vipin Khand- Gomti Nagar, Lucknow   

Number of Position: 30- 35 Candidates (15 Female + 20 Male)    

Salary Bracket: Rs. 8500- 9000 in hand salary (40.86 per hour- 43.26 per hour) + PF + ESIC + 1 time on job meal (1 burger+1 Fries+ 1 Cold drink)

Job Profile:-

  1. To take care of guests orders at restaurant. To work as cashier, make sure for accurate transaction with proper GST to be followed.
  2. Prepare burgers (Veg & Non Veg) at kitchen with proper hygiene. And to take care of dining area for guests and have their feedback.
  3. Store hygiene. Ensuring to maintain cleanliness at Store level. Daily cleaning & mopping of the restaurant.

6. Work Timings:-

  1.  9 hrs rotational working shift
  2.  (8 am to 6 pm (For Girls)/ 14.00 to 23.00 pm and 17.00 pm to 02.00 am (For Boys) – have to be open for working in any shifts.)

7. Week off:- Between Mon to Thursday , Fri ,Sat & Sun no week off.                  

 Note:- Also candidate should be open to stay in Delhi/ NCR for 1 month for training. Accommodation, Morning Breakfast, 1 time on shift employee meal (1 burger+1 fries+1 cold Drink) and DA in addition to hourly salary will be borne by the company during training period.
