• Identifying opportunity for employment in Retail Industry for candidates skilled in Retail Trade 
• Identify appropriate candidates profiles to be skilled and placed in Retail trade using various available profiling tools.
• Delivering special session to candidates being skilled in Retail sales trade 
• Exploring various innovative ways to make the training delivery impactful
• Conducting assessments  and partnering for high efficacy of training 
• MIS, analytics and reporting for all ongoing projects in India 
• Build and nurture strong relationship with reputed Indian and Foreign Retail Organization for placement of Skilled candidates.
• Planning, forecasting and validating the Employability needs and mapping it with the internal requirement Client requirement & Skilled available talent pool.  
• Identifying and tapping network of existing skill / Training Facilities across India for fulfil manpower requirement   
• Conduct competition analysis by keeping abreast of market trend and competition moves to achieve market share metrics through appropriate tactical measure

Qualification:-

• MBA in Sales & Marketing/ Human Resource  having 3-5 years of experience of relevant experience
