Key Responsibilities- Manager Employment
Ø Drive & Lead the singular agenda of placement of skilled candidate pool from VISPL Skilling Vertical.
Ø Lead placements of the skilled candidates against In-house & Open market opportunities.
Ø Create & drive a structured process to enable:
o Corporate connect for lead generation for vacancies.
o Connect with Staffing agencies, National & Regional for their feeds on vacancies.
o Connect with prospective clients based upon the skill programs.
o Internal Stake holders for lead generation
o Corporate & Regional / National Industry associations for formal MoU on placement of skill talent pool.
Ø Feedback & Feed forward on the market dynamics to ensure the VISPL skilling vertical, infrastructure & content is tightly aligned to the dynamics of the market place.
Ø Leverage Internal stake holder equity & understanding to deliver exceedingly superior placement track of the skill pool.
Ø Drive placement health indices, Longevity, Pre-Placements & Local/Regional placements to ensure augmentation of VISPL brand equity.
Research, recommend and execute strategies for Job market mapping leading to creation of an Auto-Placement Pipeline process.
