Job role & responsibilities:
- Manage all email campaigns toward suppliers.
- Manage all follow-up actions with suppliers from end-to-end to secure go-live readiness for COUPA launch.
- Lead testing with suppliers and report progress, issues and monitor through resolution.
- Lead P2P introduction of change communications to the suppliers (As-Is vs To-be), understand their needs and/or concerns, manage these details with the Country Roll-Out Leader.
- Validate whether a supplier can accept a PO from COUPA vs local procurement system for a period of time until the remaining country is transitioned to COUPA in future roll out.
- Lead CSP (Coupa supplier portal) roll-out with suppliers.
- Lead the CSP on-boarding, provide additional information, procedures and answer suppliers questions and help them embrace the change.
- Lead supplier communications and change management with suppliers in scope.
- Report progress of the country supplier enablement status for scope of responsibilities to the Country Roll-Out Leader, as well as driving resolution, supplier support for issues and unresolved actions.
Requirements :-
- Candidates with 0-1 years experience with good communication skills. English is mandatory
- There is a need for specific language- Chinese / Malaysian / Indonesian / Korean /Japanese / Thai / Vietnamese / Filipino
