Job role & responsibilities :-

• A Project Manager with a passion for project management and procurement to support the P2P Transformation across the globe to include new technology deployment, organization evolution and deployment of standard processes and procedures.
• The role is accountable for project plan management and execution in collaboration with the global core P2P Transformation team and the local team to drive the complex transformation and associated change management to secure high stakeholder satisfaction and user adoption of the change.
• This role requires strong skill set of project management, action orientation and collaboration. 
• The Project Manager will support and execute roll out activities for each of the countries assigned
• The ideal candidate will have a proven experience managing project plans and activities related to systems and processes.
• This role will report to the Transformation Leader for the P2P Transformation Program.

Requirements:-

• 3+  more years of previous project management and digitization background. Ideally implementing SAS solutions.
• Self-driven / motivated individual with strong communication, collaboration and influence skill set.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer systems engineering; Industrial engineering  with strong focus on project management , or other related field of study.
• Experience working in a global project/matrix organization.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office, Project Management tools including MS Project, Access and other related digital and project tools.
• Strong English communication skills, written and oral
• Strong project management, ideally pmp and/or agile knowledge
• Ability to manage and resolve difficult and challenging situations.
• Professional, self-motivated with an ability to achieve results.
• Ability to plan and prioritize a varied and high-volume workload
