Job Description
We are currently seeking a smart and dynamic candidate to take up the role of HR.
Candidates from any background (preferably BBA/MBA) with good people skills,
working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word is invited.
Responsibilities:
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• Be actively involved in recruitment by managing the hiring process
• Implementation of HR initiatives, systems and effective onboarding plans.
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
• Provide counselling on policies and procedures
Required Skills
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
• Strong ethics and reliability
• BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training
will be a plus.
