1. I hereby declare that the particulars given above are true to the best of my knowledge and belief. Nothing has been hidden or falsely stated above. If, at any stage of recruitment it is found that I have hidden any facts/ information or if any information provided by me is found misleading / incorrect, then company may cancel my candidature and may take appropriate legal action against me, for which I will be solely responsible. I understand that my appointment in the company services will be subject to my passing the assessment test, personal interview, and medical examination.
2. I hereby declare that no bribe, money or any other benefit has been given to anyone by me to participate in the recruitment & selection process. 2. मैं एतद्द्वारा घोषणा करता हूं कि भर्ती प्रक्रिया के दौरान मेरे द्वारा किसी को कोई रिश्वत, धन लाभ या कोई अन्य लाभ नहीं दिया गया है। भर्ती प्रक्रिया एवं रोज़गार के किसी भी चरण में यदि यह पता चलता है कि मैंने मारुती सुजुकी में भर्ती के उद्देश्य से किसी भी व्यक्ति या संस्था को रिश्वत, धन लाभ या अन्य कोई लाभ दिया है तो कंपनी मेरी उम्मीदवारी को रद्द कर सकती है और मेरे खिलाफ उचित कानूनी कार्रवाई कर सकती है, जिसके लिए मैं पूरी तरह जिम्मेदार होऊंगा।
3. मैं अपनी स्वेच्छा एवं पूरी चेतना के साथ मारुति सुजुकी इंडिया लिमिटेड द्वारा नियुक्त विज़न इंडिया सर्विसेज प्राइवेट लिमिटेड और अन्य किसी तीसरे पक्ष (जोकि मारुति सुजुकी इंडिया लिमिटेड द्वारा नियुक्त है) को मेरे द्वारा इस आवेदन पत्र के माध्यम से दी गयी मेरी व्यक्तिगत, रोजगार-संबंधी और अन्य समस्त जानकारी (डेटा) को एकत्र करने, अपने साथ बनाए रखने, संसाधित करने और उपयोग करने के लिए सहमति देता / देती हूँ । इसके अतिरिक्त मैं भर्ती प्रक्रिया के कार्यान्वयन और भर्ती प्रक्रिया के तहत इस आवेदन के मूल्यांकन के लिए भी इस जानकारी (डाटा) को मारुति सुजुकी इंडिया लिमिटेड (एमएसआईएल) के साथ साझा करने के लिए अधिकृत करता हूं।
